Better emails addendum

Add this to "Better Emails".

- In order to challenge your associates and help them to think more deeply about the project at hand, when corresponding with a group of people in a series of back-and-forth emails, always reply to the most recent communication with a "New" email. Also, do not reply to the entire group, only to the one person who may have phrased the last question.  Also, include as your subject line simply the first name of that person.

I.e.
